this happened a week or so ago.

i was supposedly a host for a week.

it didn’t really last long. to be honest I need a purpose at a party. ie. bartending, door/guest list, playing music… something… don’t fill my hands with drink tickets & say just hang out. really? it’s not nearly as much fun as it sounds. usually there’s some owner there who makes snide comments like “where’s all your friends?” and “i thought you knew a lot of people…” I do asshole, but it’s 8 fucking degrees out in the middle of january…. yea you know my friend the month of january? That month where you promise yourself you won’t be as big of a pile as you were the year before.  Most of these promises stemming from a full month of “holiday parties” aka free booze in December.  Oh right. New year’s day, the new year.. bullshit. This cycle of good behaviour usually cracks around valentine’s day when people hate who they love & get drunk to get through it or they hate that they are single & get drunk to forget it. Or they remember they love to get drunk and to meet someone to temporarily forget about it all… or is that just me that does that? mmm

anyway. i was “hosting” @ beauty bar for a nite. and these two crazy birds came..

this was the nite that krissy casually mentions she just happens to have an extra ticket to carnegie hall morrissey show. oh really? no really i’d hate to go to carnegie hall for the first time ever & to have it be to see moz. sounds like it would totally suck.  NOT. i think i almost choked her i hugged her so hard.

if you don’t know who krissy is by now you should. her link’s only been hanging out there on the right for about a good 6 months or so. or maybe you don’t click it ‘cos you don’t know how to read. just kidding. sometimes you see near nudity too. you should read her more often. bitch is waaaaay funny. she’s a virgo so maybe you don’t get her humour like i do. oh and molly said the best thing to me that nite.. “”I read your blog, I thought you were a total virgo.” love these girls. xo
