that’s the number of the unit i’m renting for the first 30 days in my new adventure to the island life.
got some pictures in an email today. figured i’d share ‘em with you in my island living cribs style edition…
i’m living @ the Captain’s Quarters in Red Hook (not BK, don’t get excited) the bay where all the cruise ships come in on St. Thomas. It’s $1k a month but it’s a 5 minute walk to my new job. Also month to month & small deposit down, so we’re gonna give it a go. Kind of like a hotel from what I gather, but long term if needed. A good starter pad for me. I’m like Eloise in the Plaza (sorry I babysit that one might fly over your head) but on an island w. a lot of fish motifs happening.

when i showed jeylan this picture she said, “Jen. this place already has 72 more windows than your last apartment.” my last apartment had 3 windows total for the record.
this is what i will watch porn on. just kidding. i wonder if netflix will deliver to St.Thomas, it is a US territory. mmm… also don’t have to pay for electric so as for that AC unit up there.. let’s just say we’ll keep this bad boy set to what i like to call “hotel style cold.”
am feeling that fish covered shower curtain. pisces style.
this is my view apparently. that island in the distance is st. john i think. $5 and a ferry boat gets me there. kinda like shaolin but with sick beaches. nbd. island living.
